When can we expect a Fantasy Grounds module for this?

Probably never. I'm not a user of Fantasy Grounds.
That said, before any VTT expansions I would probably want to have a full release of the book anyway, which is looking iffy between my focus shifting to a different book, and the general public response between the 2014 and 2024 rules. It'll definitely happen I think. It's just going to take a while.
