I'm not familiar with your examples. What treatment do you mean? Again, if you believe such games are okay here after all, why ask for permission? I doubt anyone can give you an answer without seeing your game. Such things can only be judged on a case-by-case basis.

Since this is off-topic at this point, the thing with nexus mods is that they banned mods that they didn’t like instead of allowing creative freedoms etc…
It’s better to leave the discussion here.
