Yeah the download doesn't work . On PC and on Android and it completely just doesn't even function even tried turning off security settings and Firewall and it still throws an error . I have even tried the download not working button .

This is for PC...All the links above are working, I just tested them myself, plus the dashboard shows that people are using those links sucessfully. That means the problem must be on your side if I had to guess. You can find the game online in other websites as well.

The file hoster you currently use has malicious advertisements. The bad kind with misleading texts and popups opening by clicking on unlreated areas, redirects and so on.
You do not see, if a file was actually downloaded. You only see that people clicked the link. Same for aborted downloads on Itch. You do not see, if a download was finished.
The game looks 2d images. I hope you use lossy webp. If you use a lossless image format, your game could be shrinked down to 20% or less without visible quality loss. If you use butler to upload to Itch, your file size limit is also increased.

Download link was blocked by 2 different Antivirus softwares for me. even if the game is legit, the website its downloaded from is associated with malware according to Virustotal.com

Do not turn off security settings, firewalls and so on. Never ever. Not to download a game. There are stolen games with malware uploaded to Itch every day.
And the file hoster currently used is a bad one. Your devices probably block it because of the malicous advertisements. It opened like three different popups for me and displayed a fake consent button and other stuff. The sites it redirected me included crypto scams and other bad things.
