is there any more event with Capt. Ceres as i am 15 out of 18 and cant complete it
Well, that means the game expects you to act. And you can talk to everyone on the ship, and usually 1-2 characters don't just say one looped phrase, but start acting. There, depending on the stage of the scenario, several characters can act. And it's important to read what they say, otherwise nothing is clear.
