You do realize what you're asking for is not a setting ? It's a complete translation into multiple language. A translation doesn't just magically appear like that xD
If you want to auto translate the game download a tool for that yourself. It's not up to the dev to do this sort of stuff. Especially since machine translation is hella innacurate.
