First game I've rated so far, and it was a banger!

The overall game loop is very addictive, I didn't want to stop playing until I'd beaten the first 10 waves. I carried on a little with the endless mode, but it seemed to be pretty much impossible to beat the score after a few waves.

I'm pretty sure you managed to get all the items in, and they fit cohesively together for me.  Understanding some of the powerups was a little tricky, I couldn't really figure out what was best to upgrade. Eventually my strategy was to farm as much money as I could, and just buy everything. Seemed to work in the end. Obviously you had to fit in all the objects, and this probably detracted a little from the balancing of the game.

It was a very UI heavy game, which on the one hand looked very polished, but as someone mentioned in another comment, it detracted slightly from the game itself, because I couldn't see what I was aiming at vertically. I'm not sure how you could solve this, but it's not a big deal anyway.

The music fit the feel of the game, loved the bass line of the main theme. Sound effects were nice as well.

It did feel a little overwhelming to begin with, and some of the balancing aspects mentioned above (though not really your fault, given the task and the timeframe we had to make our submissions) didn't help. Overall though, the premise of the game itself was easy to understand, it just took a little time.

Can easily see this game making the top 5. You've done a phenomenal job each round of this competition, and this game continues to grow. Well done. You deserve make the finals, and I think you have a very good shot at doing so.
