I just did some research testing and stuff, and here are the results.

Sex Positions :	Requirements :
Missionary	Unlocked by Default
Blowjob	Intelligence at least 20
Doggy	Intelligence at least 20
Cowgirl	Intelligence at least 40, Sympathy at least 76

Note : Intelligence stands for her AI Stage.

• Stage 1 : No response (0 to 19 Intelligence)
  • In this stage, Jun is a lifeless doll. You can not increase her Sympathy or Intelligence at this stage no matter what you do (Unless you Cheat).
• Stage 2 : Temporary AI (20 to 39 Intelligence)
  • Jun will be in this stage on Day 5. Jun will now respond to you and be able to talk. You can now increase her Sympathy and also her Intelligence at this stage by continuing to interact with her through Small Talk every in-game day.
• Stage 3 : Advance AI (40 Intelligence)
  • Jun is now alive. She can now feel emotion and will act like a real Girlfriend. And soon enough... Anon will falls in love with Jun and accepts Jun as his Girlfriend.
