When I use the gene profiler to remove the bigger/smaller dick, it removes it completely! As in no longer mentioned when looking in the mirror!
Apologies for not responding to this earlier!
In the latest build, this has been fixed. If your dick is still missing on your save, use the "Full Reset" option at your Gene Profiler to reset all of your body parts and start again.
