Gamemaker got a new update which uses API Level 34 for android(it was 33 in previous version), that might be the cause. Please check if you phone supports API34.
I wasn't expect new Gamemaker update to force using API34, sorry about this.
After I searched various internet, it turned out that my cellphone was not compatible with API 34, you don't need to apologize for this.
