Okay, I guess I unlocked all achievements, one secret achievement (are there more?) and all scenes inclusing the secret ending. The secret ending is absolutely great though I have no idea what these "institution" should be. The name of the achievement is absolutely fitting since I thought the exact same thing.

@zeratgames: There's something wrong if you don't go to the club at all. Even if you are on the love path in that case the ending will start with the last act and the last act is in domination mode.

How do you get the secret ending?

after completing love and/or dom route you have to reach the end with no true path unlocked

What bregoran said.
Easiest way is to go the dom route and don't have sex in the club. If you are on the love routre and go to the club I guess you cannot prevent to have sex and if you skip the club completely (go to sleep) the game suddenly will end at the last act (seems to be a bug for me).

Can somebody explain how to get secret ending please

Dom route and no sex in car after club has not worked for me. I got 4 love in the club and after fighting scene in bathroom decided to go to car and have not triggered the sex scene.

So until episode 7 I had not sex with Nicole

The end path is Dom but after the flashback game goes to present time and immediately "The End" is shown

I get this bug also when I'm going to the club and have no sex in the club or in the car

How can I trigger the secret ending? I'm skipping Tommy's Mom and the Aunt path as much as possible. Is that maybe relevant for secret ending?

In my run I was only focusing on Nicole and did Dom path, in club I danced with her, then bathroom scene and no sex with her.
