every time i try to use the game it says "microsoft visual C++ runtime" is required, but i don't know what that means. Could you please help me with what i should do?

Did you downloaded the game on Windows ? What is the exact message of the error ? Normally, you have the options "Would you like to install it now ?" then you can click yes and it will fix the error. This quick tutorial could also help you

Hello,

You need to install the C++ Redistribution Library. This should allow you to start the game correctly afterwards!

Ok so it's possible that your laptop doesn't contain a dedicated graphics card, so it's using your main memory. Unfortunately that would mean that the game is not playable for your machine. I do apologize for that!
