Can we use demo scenes from Synty packs (like the Dark Fantasy “Demo_Cathedral”, or Cyber city “Demo_City” as base scenes for parts of the game ?

Of course I would modify them quite a bit to provide an interesting twist, otherwise there would be no point :D

Yup, but as you said yourself it's better to modify them quite a bit to make it not seem like it's just the demo scene as-is
