What do you mean by “itch.io does not pay me”?
I have requested payout on the 29th of July 2019 and it is still in review and their support doesn't answer my letters.
Finally, I've got my payment after a year of waiting.
I requested the payout on Jul 29 of 2019 and was paid on Jul 31 of 2020.
