Some of those pixels are looking awfully off-kilter and jagged compared to the other, more straight ones, and several of your other portraits have the same quirks. Smells like genAI to me. Do you have an explanation?

Hi, thank you for your message and for taking the time to look closely at the assets.

I use a local generative tool to create rough bases, which I then fully rework and polish by hand. That’s why you can find these assets under the tag “Generative AI” on Itch.io.

If your project involves automatic or AI generation, make sure it’s clearly stated in your project description and that it adds substantial value to the user experience.

So, why don't you state it anywhere in the project descriptions for any of your work?
