It wont even begin the install process. I click "install" and nothing happens. I click on the "downloads" tab in the corner and it says "error" If you could provide any assistance it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
Is this from your file manager? You need to extract the zip file and open folder, there will be an .exe file that you double click. There isn't supposed to be an installation, necessarily.
