It’s a quest from a centaur. The 3 Seeds of Life are actually 3 drops of sperm collected from lovers.
He also creates 2 green arrows to guide you toward two additional pairs of lovers—besides the first pair you met near the forest entrance, right by the signpost.

sorry, I think you 'll have to start over again cos there's no sperm respawning AFAIK xD But it's at the beginning of the game so it wont take long Siren :D
