Many things happened. I started from zero, getting rid of the decisions, changing some story details. About not knowing the characters before going their routes, there is something I want to add in a later version that I hope it helps.
I know this changes are not the best and I understand when people get a bit angry about it.
I hope that this gets better with people's feedback.
