I'm glad you like it! I've spent a lot of time and money working on it.
Having the little map sprite grow isn't currently planned. Not saying it can't ever happen, though.
When I first made the game, I actually planned to separate the growths, but at the time, I only had the main 10 pictures of Jane, so I couldn't really support it. I technically could now, but it would require rewriting all the code that handles the growth, and also rewriting nearly every trap to account for which part it's expanding (OR create a system so it can choose randomly). So it's not really in the cards anymore.
