its great up until I was forced to change my appearance and couldn't change it back no matter what I tried. anyone know a fix to this issue?
i was having the same problem, even with the cheat menu.
found a work-around/fix, in the wardrobe, click on the jewelery box (the menu to open up the makeup/accessories/piercing options) and switch to the make up tab. close out then try to customize with the cheat menu.
it seems the customize menu uses that same screen, but doesn't have options to toggle between the various tabs so it just breaks if the game remembers it is on the accessories/piercing tabs
