If you found josh you'll find Matthew eventually, after you complete james story, you go to Josh's apartment you'll get a option to talk to Matthew to his story
Exactly. Matthew's story begins almost at the end of Josh's story... the moment the player goes to the Frat House in search of Josh, he accidentally runs into Matthew.
