Is there a hidden avoid chance that is always present? I've had several instances of 100% hit chance, no visible dodge chance, and yet they get 3 dodges in a row.
There should be no hidden chances, no.
Then I've experienced a bug lol. Mark Target may be the culprit
I'll log this and see if I can recreate it.
