I'm on my second playthrough and activated the keep bonus TFs perk, I can't collect bees anymore.
Sorry to hear that. Right, since you won't get the Net, haven't thought about that. Does similiar things also happened with other already unlocked tf's?

Interacting with a save flame in the next version will give you the net. I also fixed the oversight, so it won't happen anymore in ng+ anymore.
