It seems to have conflicts with the new update? When starting a new game using the 3 mods, there are only 3 opinions, not including the new one which allow different modification( modify better crafted items, disable improve factor, etc.)
tested: The plugins must be activated (not loaded order) as the last one in order to show the 4ht opinion. Also removing a picture folder (like potraits/gnome/male) would cause the 4th opinion to disappear as well.
