There's a bug where, if your skull is overlapping rock and you disassemble, your skull is stuck there; you can't move out of it and you can't reassemble. (This also applies to accidentally reassembling when in a narrow passage.)
...also, I was on that one staircase upward when I reassembled and this happened:
It's a fun theme and a neat mechanic; I had fun chasing down lost bones. Just a little too glitchy to finish.
