I still don't get how the visor works, or lily's power in general, has that been revealed yet or am I just missing something?
From what I've gathered (and I may be wrong), it appears that she controls energy (electricity?), and can control people by physically manipulating their neural connections. Unlike Lust, whose power seems to be more psychic in nature.
