im so confused... i finished the game in .9 with everything done and after updating to .10 there is nothing new open except a guy hanging out in the brothel so i need to restart my game? there is no new quest or the clothing store. no clue what i did wrong

although im able to gain affection on Faelis now im not able to do anything else in this update.
and as for the main quest all the characters say this
so i dont know what i need to do now... and i already had the succubus join the brothel but she is not there either and the clothing store is not showing up in the town. so again do i need to start a new game to see these new features?
i also noticed that Mara doesn't have a card but i'm able to gain affection atm is that for the future?
Uhhh are you sure it‘s Version 0.10? New Succubi is in the brothel After the new aveline quest. It Should start at the Big door in the Mansion with a yellow Text Menu choice but should also say so in MC and Avelines Card. You might have a corrupted Save somehow but we didn‘t have any Problems with up to Date Saves yet (last 2-3 Patches is fine normally)
Mara is getting her Card Next Patch as she will be a bigger side Character yes.

i did find the problem... i installed the .10 update but it did not take effect in game it still shows .09 i have even repaired it to make sure it would work but it did not update... do i uninstall and re-download?
edit: i had to delete the game and redownload it for the .10 patch to take effect no clue why but i got it working :D
