I had added an anti-piracy message, but it didn’t work properly :\ it even affected the version here on the itch.io page, I hadn’t noticed that until now :\ Wow that was not good.

Ok I’ve removed the piracy protection altogether and I’ve uploaded a new v1.1, so it should be fixed now.

And also, an electron/offline build for Windows and MacOS sounds like a good idea 👍 I will look into that when I have the time.

Some websites like Y8 games, vseigru etc. scrape games from itch io and straight up pirate HTML5 games on their websites.

So the (obfuscated) anti-piracy function checked whether the host server url contains certain whitelisted strings, like “itch io” “bdrgames” etc. However it seems like Y8 games was able to remove it somehow 😤🤷‍♂️
