You can fight Frida if you talk to her AFTER getting all the jewels and tomes.
Vemix can't be saved from being a fake jewel.
You can save Rokkas by first reading her book in the Phantom Express, then talking to her statue in New Rokkas and using a Gorgon Braid on it.
