Uhhh the update wasn't only about the one quest we added it's much more about the clothing system, old scenes in these clothings - girls in the mansion in the costume, store map, storekeeper character, footjob scene etc... there's a lot done behind the scenes.
If you don't care for the clothing stuff and the new scenes then this update is really small for you though...
