"Bring Vee a Pony Outfit"
Have looked all over the first two areas Shady, The Pet Shop, Pirate Outpost - Have not found the damn thing and it's getting really frustrating - downloaded the guide and it just says that there IS a pony costume to buy but not WHERE...
What am I missing here? And no,
I am not using any mods like urm or w/e.
