If you want to download the game, you can download the latest HTML file here, however since it's downloaded it won't auto-update, and you'll have to manually download a newer version once it comes out.
Alternatively, you could download turbowarp and then download the latest SB3 file here to load onto turbowarp if you want to try compiling the source code into an EXE or something. It still won't auto-update, but it's something you could do.
