This is a very well-made game! There’re so many things that I enjoyed about the game.
Spoilers
I've just finished it and it has left me feeling sober, especially with how the message of the game subverts the classic magical girl/superhero genre (at least if what I got was the true ending >> managed to defeat all the monsters but ended up destroying the world). I knew something was up with Teddy with those little devil horns poking out from the back of his head and the sad-looking cactus!! But I thought at first that those monsters are embodiments of nature and Teddy was prompting the character to destroy the environment. Didn't think it was another kind of sinister!
The colour palette, the art, and the overall vibe of the game is superb, and the dreaminess of the entire experience do a good job at hinting at what is really beneath the surface in this world that is being depicted. I love the art and the music, and the voice-acting is perfect as well -- reminding me of classic video games! Amazing job everyone!! 😊
