Can somebody help, I seem to can't find what amy doing at night, she always doing the same thing, do anyone know what to do to trigger the scenes, ( I'm already on chapter 2, with lucy mission to ask me to check amy at night to open her missions )

All the quests are linked together. In this case, you need to advance Amy's quest and come back to Lucy later. Teach a class or patrol the halls until you see Amy getting in trouble. Send her to your office after school to punish her. Then spy on her room afterwards to start her quest.
