This is Clove! I'd see him as being into clothing making/tailoring or sculpting! While I don't know much about the game, He'd have likely have moved to the area to find inspiration for his craft!

Love him! Would be interesting to have a character bring a completely different style to the town and then slowly see that style meld with the towns aesthetic into something unique.
