I don't know at what point in the installation process the phone crashes, but it is most likely something to do with memory. If you have a PC available, I would suggest that instead.
My phone crashes right before it finishes downloading. I agree that it's most likely a memory problem and I'm going to have to download the game on a computer or a newer phone.
