The Android version is bilingual, "zho" is the shorthand for Chinese (Zhōngwén). You can change the language on the preferences screen. Unfortunately, there is no translation for the mod manual.
"zho" seems to be quite uncommon, I'll eventually change it to "chi" when I get to make a 2.0 version of this mod. If I find someone to translate the 2.0 version that is...
