payout ID 174758 status has changed from blue to gray in the "in review" section

The payments I tried to withdraw to PayPal with payout ID 174758 have still not been processed, and their status has changed from blue to gray in the "in review" section. What could be the reason for this? Previously, I received my Payoneer payment without any issues. Could this be happening because the PayPal account belongs to my spouse? I have used the same account on multiple platforms without any problems until now. If that is the case, would changing the PayPal account registered on itch.io help? How can I change it? Or how can we find a solution to this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.
