Where it says "Con permiso," it's the permissions the apps have. "Fotos y vídeos" means photos and videos. It's supposed to have access to my images, but I still get the message I mentioned earlier.
I tried asking for the exact permission since it does not appear in any checklist, but I don't have a device to test this, will look into emulating an android 13 device at some point near the future, for now I have to ask you to try the new version, see if it asks for the permission `READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` and check if it works.
