There is no Mod that does that stuff right now because a cheat already exists within the game, but it only gives you money though.
Go to Anon's PC > Browser > Manually type and search for "iamacheater" on the browser
There is also a Cheat Table I do not know it is working properly or not because I haven't tested it yet. (Edit : The CT is working properly, it is not broken at least on version 0.90.15)
I just uploaded the CT to the same folder with my Mod Pack. If you're scared of getting a virus from its original link, you can download the CT through there.
