If pregnancy is enabled and you are on everyone's path they will all get pregnant eventually. As for Rebecca's path:

SPOILERS!
You must...

...NOT grab the grimoire at the manor
...talk to the priest before you meet her
..."give her a final goodbye"
...have at least 15 affection points with her when vows are exchanged

I'd use the official walkthrough, it's among the game downloads. If you follow that one to the letter you should indeed see everything there is to see.
