FYI, if you want to make it playable in the browser, change the 'Kind of project' to HTML and check the 'This file will be played in the browser' on your web.zip page. Also, it's probably a good idea to archive your files.
I think around 200mb is still acceptable for the HTML. Not sure why it happened. Maybe try archiving the files or contact the support?
Your game page is flagged by the itch's system for potential suspicious behavior. They are probably reviewing your page but it will take a while. But, the game can still be downloaded by clicking 'I understand the risks, let me access anyway'.
