There is male growth as well, and a specific encounter with a choice between the two sexes

I have been playing for several hours now and have had the encounter with the choice (which was great btw) but I haven't seen any other male growth, maybe I'm defeating the male bosses wrong?
You have to follow along with the quests
I dont think ive seen the choice encounter, can you drop a hint as to where it is?
It's tied to game progression, you'll stumble upon it eventually
Ive gotten to the one eyed rat; did i not notice the choice?
You must've walked past them then or didn't realise it was a choice when they ask "Like what you see"
