Ok, first of all, your art is just fantastic and hits the exact amount of creepiness that this story requires! The "ghost" actually gave me quite a start. At the same time, the landlord and their quirkyness just gave the perfect balance to the atmosphere. The first time they exited the screen I audibly laughed out loud.
Would love to see a more polished and complete version of this at some point!
