some problems I have experienced with this version as of now, just to list them off for fixing. I will add others I encounter through edits.

A lot of issues are differences in languages, as text will not be the right one for the selection.

  1. another language is appearing over other text when English is selected, and is obscuring what I assume is a button prompt to accept ingredients
  2. languages only apply to prompts correctly, text that explain item features are in the wrong language, which I speak english but it displays in russian for me.

also I have a softlock with steffa, when she walked in and accepted the quest and chose to poison the group of suitors, she didn't leave. I assumed she need a potion, but I had made the healing/protection potion, but failed in the third potion type. she then just stood at the door and I didn't receive anything nor did she leave when offered potions. I might have needed to give her a potion ingredient now that I think, but I had been distracted so needed to leave before I could test that. if I am just being a fool and am not understanding what she asked for you can tell me, but this could be an issue and takes a bit of time to get back to that point. I also couldn't get back into an interaction with her if I needed to, as it simply opened the door again if I tried to.


assuming the context that players are intended to brew potions when they are needed I understand where I could have gone wrong. my brain is in the make surplus mindset and that isn't what a brewing game is all about.

Maybe it's a bug, she should take any potion from you and leave, we'll check this point out

I figured it out, my fault! I was under the assumption that you put it on the table and waited for their payment or dialogue in response to the potion, I assumed incorrectly. you just drop it on the person.
