The "attack points" blocking your shots is absolutely a fair point and one I'm thinking hard about. Should some shots go through them? Should the clothes destroy faster? Should the clothes (once all attack points are destroyed) not block bullets at all, just let them pass through? I think I'll go with that last option, it's a good compromise.

As for the panning... yeah I kinda just wanted to show her face at the very beginning because it's so cute, so I can either pan multiple times to the feet, or make the camera stay there for longer. I think I'd rather go with the second option.

I had a thought. Maybe holding down a certain button will make your shots bypass clothes? That seems like the best option to me.

IDK, though, since I never struggled too much with the "clothes in the way" aspect. It's just another aspect to strategize around when playing (for me). The LOVE targets are generous enough that you can miss some enemies and still be fine, and the bullet patterns are manageable enough even when you don't kill any of the enemies.

Also, I think the panning for the catgirl is fine, personally. If you realize that you have to focus on her shoes and socks, it isn't too tough to get them shot down before it pans away. Although, again, it might just be me being a #hashtagGodGamer. And it is one of the first few levels of the game, so yeah, it might need some tweaks to make it more beginner-friendly. If so, I agree that a longer stay is probably the better choice. If you pan back down to the feet later on in the level, but you already have the socks destroyed, it'd be a bit boring.
