HI, do you play on Linux?

Yes, I tried with a Chromebook and a desktop running Tumbleweed.

It looks like there's an issue with the video player.

I would recommend playing the game on Windows or Android instead, as those are the only devices I have to test on. And based on what I've been told it's pretty stable on Mac too.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but if you do decide to switch platforms, you can also transfer your save files as well.

What codec does your videos use? Maybe the right codec will solve it.

Thanks for the suggestion

I've converted the videos to webm vp8 codec, and made a lot of code changes to how the videos are read.

Please try the new linux file [0.5.52] and let me know if it works

Thank you very much! I have been away for a few days so I am sorry for slow reply. I will try it out!

I just tried it but can't access the game here since I bought it on Steam. The Steam version still crashes and I can't test the new Linux specific version from Itch without paying again.

I'm assisting another player who reported the same issue on Steam, I can help you both at the same time.

Thanks

Thank you for fixing the game!
