Took some time but I beat it :3
The movement feels pretty nice, its at a good speed. There isn't really an incentive not to/to jump since its the same speed anyways it felt like which is pretty nice in this case it felt. The Jump having slower deceleration/turn around speed means your jumps are pretty committal but not so much that you feel completely locked in.
Most positions the boss could spawn in felt pretty easy to avoid with some practice, they all have safe and consistent angles. However the middle of the stage killed me more then anything (other then my own impatience hehe). I find jumping from the top left ledge was the Strat but he shoots at it so you cant stay there, and he moves around in such a way that sometimes he is out of range of your jump. If the middle was more left or maybe even lower it might have been alot smoother. Or hey could make the other 3 positions harder to hit then have all 4 positions be equally as hard hehe.
Solid work overall, and super bonus points for having a character creator. Sadly don't have anyone to test the multiplayer with right now but that also seemed like pretty cool functionality.
Seems like it could be fun to speed run, but there would be a degree of randomness and hoping for good cycles I am sure haha.
Edit: OH something I forgot to comment on the character creator:
its great, one thing I will say is that it was a bit hard to follow the changes when the rabbit moved so much. I love the visual at the bottom its super cute, but would be nice if there was *also* a copy ontop or under the editor. Just a thought, took me a while to notice the blush change
