I don't know any examples of such games, but my game is not RTS)
Warcraft (not WoW), Starcraft, Age of Empires, Settlers, Civilization, Dune (except 1st), Command & Conquer... and that's a list of RTS series off the top of my head.
I thought you were asking about rts that are idle... but the examples you provided are in no way idle)
But they fall under your definition of "idle".
