Had to make an account just for this soundtrack. Ive been trying to get into more underground avenues of media and ended up here! I find it so important to appreciate smaller creators because it is so hard to be found. the story for TurtleGame is very brutal, real, and not afraid to go to a dark place. I did not expect this soundtrack to move me this much. Funny enough i used to have a pet turtle, which is why this caught my eye. I envisioned an entire life within this small piece of art, it was grotesque but beautiful. All the visceral aspects of this world living in the shadows of perfection. This isnt just a tale of turtles. This is real life, we wake up and go to work... have you ever decided to stop being so self absorbed to account for the dead animals on the side of the road. No. You carry about your day because "its not that serious" and "there are so many animals". we are so caught up in being the gods of our own lives that you have failed your ONE and ONLY task as a human, To care. Because you were "better" and more "important" than that raccoon walking with its babies on the side of the road you disregard the importance of their lives. The impact of that animal may be small but it will die a colossus. Be mindful.

i love you

wow, thanks so much! i can't say i expected someone to resonate this hard with this thing lol. i definitely think you picked up on what i was going for with this too.

also, if you wanna see some more cool "underground" stuff, check out some of the other submissions for the Impressions Composing Jam: OST #2, which is what I submitted this to. CICADA SYNDROME, What Was Left Behind, and What Happens on a Stage were favorites of mine.
