Ok wow! Where to begin on good things to say about your compositions!? The bird is alive! The forest is alive! You instruments are alive! I think one of things I appreciated most was every instrument was given a performance. I could hear natural pushing and pulling of dynamics, intensities, panning, and emotions. Of course this makes a melodic line feel vibrate but also keeps repeating patterns interesting and engaging. I really liked how you could journey a melodic idea through different harmonies and then use slight variations to indicate where we were in a phrase. Rhythms and syncopations were fantastic! Also, was that a picardy third to end the piece?! I feel bad posting after only a few listens because I know I will have more to say upon more listens but thanks for sharing and well done!

Thank you so much for such a kind and thoughtful comment! You picked up on one thing that I was really trying to work on with this project - that I wanted my music to feel like the forest was breathing. It makes me happy to know I achieved that! And yes, I did use a picardy third at the end. Somewhat cliche, but I thought it was a good space to add a resolution to the suspended harmony to round out the OST on a positive note. Thank you again so much for your attentive listening and for your comment!
